The AMC Services providers for the Computers/Printers/UPSs are request to quote in the sealed envelopes for Non-Comprehensive (Without parts) rates per units for the below mentioned items installed at main Nunhai office and City office, Sanjay Place, Agra with in 15 days of the issue of this letter under the name of The Director, MSME-DI, Agra along with the terms and conditions including taxes etc., if any:-
1. Computer /P-III/ P-IV (CPU/Keyboard/Mouse/Monitor etc.) 14 Nos.
2. Printers (Laser/Inkjet/Dot Matrix) 18 Nos.
3. UPS offline (Double Batteries –500 VA/650VA/1000VA) 15 Nos.
4. Laptop (PCS/Compaq Presario 2100/Dell) 3 Nos.
5. Server HP 350 1 Nos.
